Jennie Eckstrom, MD is a physician leader with nearly two decades of experience in independent practice leadership. She has served in senior leadership roles within one of Montana’s largest physician-owned medical groups and has spent years navigating the financial, operational, and strategic realities of running an independent medical practice.
Through the Clinical Business Framework, she now helps independent physicians better understand the business side of medicine so they can build practices that are profitable, sustainable, and aligned with the way they want to practice.
